Marrakech Day Trip From Agadir
EXCURSION
Itinerary:
- Pick up from the reception of your hotel in Agadir at 7:25 am (7:10 am for hotels in Taghazout).
- Rest stop on the highway to Marrakech for restrooms, stretching, or getting refreshments.
- Arrive in Marrakech around 11 am and begin your guided walking tour with the guide. Alternatively, you can choose to explore the city on your own.
- Visit the famous sights of Marrakech, including the Koutoubia Mosque, the old Medina, Jemaa el Fnaa Square, and the local market. Optional visit to Bahia Palace.
- After the guided tour, enjoy up to 2 hours of free time to discover the city at your own pace and find a rooftop restaurant with a view of the square to have a meal.
- Meet your guide and driver at the agreed meeting point and start the journey back to your hotel.
- Arrive back at hotels in Agadir around 9 pm and around 10 pm at hotels in Taghazout.

Depart from your hotel in Taghazout at around 7 am, taking the Agadir-Marrakech highway for your journey to Marrakech.
Upon arrival in Marrakech, enjoy a guided city tour led by an expert local English-speaking guide. Discover the highlights of the city, including the Medina, Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Mosque, and Jemaa el Fnaa Square.
Explore the historic Medina, winding through its charming streets alongside your guide. Visit the stunning Bahia Palace, an architectural masterpiece of wood and marble, and learn about its fascinating history.
After the Medina tour, indulge in a delicious lunch of Moroccan delicacies at a local restaurant, replenishing your energy for the rest of the day.
Continue your tour of Marrakech, visiting the Menara Gardens and the Majorelle Garden. Admire the beautiful flowers and captivating landscapes.
At the end of the guided tour, you’ll have free time to explore Marrakech independently and engage in some shopping.
Later in the evening, meet your guide and driver at the agreed meeting point to start your return journey to Taghazout.
Arrive back at your hotel or riad in Agadir around 09 pm and in Taghazoute around 11 pm.

Although the journey took quite a lot, it’s worth the experience in Marrakech. We visited Medina. Highly suggested!
Highly recommended day trip from Agadir to Marrakech . We explored the old medina and souks it was really amazing.
We started as being picked up from our hotel. The travel from Agadir to Marrakech was very long but the tour guide, kept us alert by giving us the history of the city, what to expect and things to try during the visit
